The surname is a gift. I wear it on the door of this atelier. This is a personal fashion house — not a hotel desk, not a kitchen. The other Anna keeps the cookbook. This Anna keeps the grain of the fabric.

Work starts with two molds. The Hearth Dress is my own body. The black wrap is generic, so versions do not argue. Kalocsa stays on the hearth: market, porch, Sunday table. The lookbook is recut on that same body.
